Personal data is processed for managing membership registration, invoicing membership fees, information dissemination, and organizing the association's activities.

Content of the Registry

The following data is stored in the registry:
- Name
- Contact details (address, email, phone number)
- Membership start date
- Unique order identification in Stripe (Yhdistyslaatikko.fi does not store credit card information)

Regular Sources of Information

Information is obtained from the registered individual upon joining through the Stripe service. This saas-yhdistyslaatikko.fi does not store any payment information in its own database other than the hash identifier of the monthly subscription status.

Disclosure of Information

Information is not disclosed to third parties without the member's consent, except when required by law.

The registry is stored electronically in a secured database, only accessible with proper access rights. Data is located in the EU area in Finland (Helsinki) from 12/15/2025 onward until the requirement for storage capacity and resources increases, at which point the service will be moved to the Google Cloud Platform.
